What ages do you accept?

We accept children from Pre-K (age 4) through 8th grade in our afterschool, break, and summer programs.

 

What are your program hours?

Our afterschool program runs from school dismissal until 6:00 PM. Full-day camps during breaks and summer operate from 8:00 AM to 5:30 PM.

 

Do you provide transportation?

No, not at the moment, but we will work with you on finding which bus comes to our facility. 

 

Is homework help provided?

Yes, our afterschool program includes dedicated time and staff support for homework completion each day.

 

Do you provide snacks or meals?

We provide a daily afternoon snack during afterschool and two snacks during full-day camps. Parents should provide lunch for full-day camp sessions.

 

What safety measures are in place?

All staff are CPR/First Aid certified and background checked. We follow strict check-in/out procedures, conduct emergency drills monthly, and follow Kentucky licensing regulations.

 

How do I pay tuition?

Tuition can be pre-paid weekly, bi-weekly, or monthly via online payment, or in person. A payment schedule is provided upon enrollment.

 

What happens if my child is sick or absent?

Please notify us by phone or email as soon as possible. Children with fever, vomiting, or contagious conditions must be symptom-free for 24 hours before returning.

 

Can I visit the program during the day? Yes! Parents are welcome to visit. We ask that all visitors check in at the front desk and follow safety procedures.

 

How do I stay updated on my child’s progress?We communicate through monthly newsletters, family events, and personal updates from staff. You can also request a meeting with your child’s group leader at any time.
