Enrollment & Waitlist Information Steps to Enroll at Achievement Academy Afterschool
We’re excited you’re considering Achievement Academy for your family! Enrolling is easy — just follow these simple steps:
1. Submit an Interest Form
Start by completing our short Interest Form online or in person to let us know your child’s basic information and program needs.
2. Schedule a Tour or Phone Consultation
We’ll follow up to answer your questions, explain program details, and schedule a tour or phone meeting with our leadership team.
3. Complete the Enrollment Packet
You’ll receive an Enrollment Packet with forms that include:
- Registration form
- Emergency contact info
- Medical authorization
- Behavior agreement
- Parent handbook acknowledgment
- Authorized pickup list
4. Submit Required Documents
Please return your completed forms with the following:
- Copy of child’s birth certificate
- Proof of immunizations or exemption
- Photo ID of parent/guardian
- Registration fee payment
5. Receive Confirmation
Once all forms are submitted and fees are paid, you’ll receive a Welcome Email confirming your child’s start date and group assignment.

Waitlist Information
Due to high demand, some age groups may have a waitlist. We’re committed to keeping families informed and moving the list as quickly as possible.
How the Waitlist Works:
- Children are added to the waitlist once the Interest Form is submitted.
- Priority may be given to siblings of current students or families previously enrolled.
- You’ll receive a monthly status update via email or phone.
- Openings are offered in the order they were received.
